You must complete the registration paperwork before the start date of the first class session or you will not be allowed to attend. You can choose one of the following methods to complete this requirement: • regular mail (if there is time) • email using Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Fill & Sign to fill in your information and email it back to me (no printer or scanner required) • print, fill out, scan, and email them back • complete the online forms, or in-person (by appointment only) If you are using regular mail, you will need to make sure to give a good mailing address and have adequate time to receive the materials before the first class session. All of the handouts and materials you will need for class can be mailed, emailed, or you can make an appointment to pick them up. The paperwork and test (except for DWI Intervention that does not have a test) that is required at the end of class must be completed and turned in within two (2) days of the last class session. Failure to turn in all the required paperwork could result in your expulsion from the class and therefore no certificate would be issued. If this occurs, you will have to take the class again. This 15-hour Texas Drug Offender Education Program (TDOEP) meets probation, parole, and DPS requirements. We are state certified through Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). This class is made up of 5 sessions at a maximum of 3 hours per session. You must complete all five sessions as scheduled. There is a chance that we could finish class a little earlier than the posted times. Bring a photo ID and your case number with you.
To cancel or reschedule a class please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will only be issued before a class had begun. Once a class has started no refunds will be issued.
